Description:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required.Handle essential email correspondence and follow-ups.Maintain and update task lists and priorities on behalf of the executive.Organize and maintain digital files and records systematically.Maintain and update contact lists, records, and internal databases.Assist with light research and the preparation of presentation materials.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.Support special projects or tasks as requested.
Requirements:
