Job Description
As a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager, you'll drive customer acquisition and scale a beloved product from $3M to $20M+ on a full-time and fully remote basis. You’ll report directly to the two founders (Tech & Product Marketing) and lead a team including a Junior Media Buyer, senior CRO specialist, Klaviyo email marketer, and dev support.
You’ll own growth end-to-end—managing paid channels, testing messaging and positioning, and optimizing across media, creative, tech, and tooling. You’ll have full autonomy to hire, promote, or part ways with team members and agencies. Collaborate on the product roadmap and brand guidelines, then run with testing and scaling without needing constant approvals.
