We are a small but growing Swiss E-Commerce company operating multiple online shops.
As our current team member will leave by the end of September, we are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant (part-time, long-term) to support us with daily e-commerce tasks.
Responsibilities:
Product data entry and updates in our ERP system & WooCommerce
Order processing and administrative support
Inventory and price checks across online shops
Market research & competitor monitoring
General virtual assistance tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in E-Commerce support
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Detail-oriented and well organized
Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms is a big plus
Workload:
Approx. 15–25 hours per week (with flexibility and option to grow)
Long-term collaboration (6+ months)
