Description:
• Proactively engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and chat
• Convert warm leads and inbound inquiries into sales
• Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with fitness communities, influencers, and affiliate networks
• Recommend products based on customer needs and promote bundles or upsell options
• Manage and track leads through CRM or sales dashboards
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market trends to the marketing and product teams
• Collaborate with the customer support and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth post-sale experience
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales (e-commerce or supplement/fitness industry preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with bodybuilding, fitness supplements, or wellness trends is a plus
• CRM proficiency (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Notion, Hubstaff, or similar tools)
