We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hospice Administrative Specialist to support our U.S.-based hospice agency clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of administrative experience in a U.S. hospice agency, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage sensitive medical and patient-related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain hospice agency documentation, including patient charts, compliance files, and electronic medical records (EHR).
• Coordinate patient scheduling, staff visits, and ensure accurate documentation of care.
• Assist with hospice-specific forms, intake packets, and Medicare/Medicaid documentation.
• Support the billing process: prepare claim packets, verify HCPCS codes, review documentation, and ensure timely claim submission.
• Perform charge entry and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
