Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from new and existing clients
• Schedule and confirm grooming appointments based on customer preferences and groomer availability
• Maintain and update appointment calendar and client records accurately
• Answer questions about services, pricing, and policies
• Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and encourage repeat bookings
• Assist with rescheduling, cancellations, and reminders
• Work closely with groomers to manage route planning and ensure efficiency
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and pet-loving demeanor in all client interactions
Qualifications:
• Prior customer service or appointment setting experience required (preferably in pet services, veterinary, or salon/spa industries)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with phone, text, and email communication
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
