The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing MaryRuth’s marketplaces and direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce initiatives. This role focuses on campaign execution, product listing management, SEO optimization, and performance analysis to drive revenue and enhance the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and able to stay ahead of emerging eCommerce trends to identify new growth opportunities. This role will report to the Senior eCommerce & Retention Manager and is a full-time (40 hr/wk), hourly, non-exempt, remote position. It is preferred that candidates be able to work the US EST or CT time zones. The compensation range for this role is PHP 485-545/hour.
