Working with the Sales Team, Product Teams and the rest of the Customer Delivery team on pre- and post-sales opportunities, projects and support to help define, scope and implement the best solutions for both the internal customer and external customers, this is a critical role in TSL’s ability to meet its growth ambitions by adding value across the customer base and then monetising that value on an increasingly recurring revenue base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be an ambassador trusted advisor for the TSL portfolio at channel partners and end-customers across Asia & Australasia. Through discussions on-line and, when required and justifiable, face to-face meetings to develop proposals that will meet customer requirements for their projects.
• Generate accurate and commercially attractive responses to RFI and RFP documents.
• Produce SOW documents with clear responsibilities, deliverables, timelines, and minimum risk.
