What you will do:
• Player/Manager – Strategic Solutions team: Lead a team of three individuals that cover eight current Dealer Relations Directors’ territories and serve as Strategic Solutions Manager for your own accounts
• Create all necessary reports and associated insights and provide a weekly summary of status and a monthly review with key stakeholders; ensure Salesforce is updated in a timely manner with accurate and meaningful data
• Coach and instill best practices to Dealer Relations team members on personalizing sales approach for each customer and conducting efficient and effective QBRs that drive maximum revenue achievement with long term commitment
• Work with commercial leadership on territory planning and pipeline review
