JOB SUMMARY & OBJECTIVES The E-Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Manager with the set-up of new e-billing clients, obtaining e-billed clients’ approval of timekeepers and rates, assisting the Billing group with troubleshooting e-bill issues, maintaining e-billing software and helping to ensure e-bill compliance with client requirements.
