The Role: This Apps Support Analyst will support daily production batches. This requires research and identification from failed batches to resolutions at the quickest time. This is a business sensitive position that requires attention to detail and quick turnaround. Liaise between various support team across multiple vendors to provide seamless customer experience. This reports to the application support manager lead locally and globally. Also, the responsibility is for all the job functionalities and ensure that the support teams are addressing the production issues and intimating the finance customers for any ongoing issues. Responsibilities: Perform analysis of existing application protocols and software tools and actively engage with the various support teams for the smooth functioning of Citi’s business.
