No GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Program Lead owns the logistical coordination for delivery of high complexity learning programs, experiences and assets in support of ROPS Leadership Development and Teammate Development programs. The Program Lead determines and executes planning, scheduling, enrollments, logistics, communications, coordination of learning and the analysis of performance metrics and analytics related to the curriculums they manage. Further, the Program Lead is responsible for independently identifying, prioritizing and designing solutions for curriculum improvements. For live learning events, the Program Lead manages the budgeting, booking, material preparation, and expenses. For virtual events, they manage the technology setup and delivery.
