You'll be quoting customers, answering calls, messages, and emails, and locking in jobs with a sense of urgency and clarity. Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls, text messages, emails, and web enquiries from customers
• Quote customers based on internal pricing tools and guidelines
• Organise pickup jobs by liaising with internal dispatch systems or team
