Role:
• Drive sales of palletized products and the full range of feed solutions through telephone-based sales.
• Collaborate closely with field-based account managers to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop business within assigned territories.
• Generate and follow up on leads for various product categories, including straights, blends, seeds, additives, and calf milk replacer.
• Advise farmers on product selection, ensuring optimal solutions for their livestock operations.
• Execute sales campaigns in coordination with Product Managers to maximize sales growth.
• Accurately log all customer interactions and activities in the CRM system (C4C).
• Hybrid/remote -role 1 day a month in the office in Leicester
Skills/Experience:
• Interest in or Experience in sales
• Agricultural industry knowledge or experience is essential
• Highly motivated and results-driven with strong sales and closing skills.
