Job Description
Primary Tasks:
• Manage communication with store managers across 13 (and growing) e-commerce stores (on Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify) using a proprietary system.
• Monitor communications and respond to directives in a timely manner.
Secondary Tasks:
• Coordinate with the accounting team regarding payments, LLC filings, and related matters.
Future/Scaling Responsibilities:
• Potentially oversee the launch of new LLC store operations.
• Create and manage organizational structures within Google Workspace.
• Train and onboard new virtual assistants as needed.
Skill Set
