Are you a sales professional with a track record of success in Oracle Applications, particularly in HCM? Valueverse Consulting is seeking an experienced Application Sales Advisor to drive our growth in Oracle Cloud enterprise applications and services. 🔹 Position: Application Sales Manager 🔹 Experience: 10-15 years (minimum 8 years in Oracle Applications sales with HCM focus) 🔹 Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: • Sales Leadership: Sell Oracle Cloud application implementation, managed services, and related services to new and existing customers. • Account Strategy: Develop strategic account plans, manage forecasting, and allocate resources to maximize opportunities. • Solution Development: Create tailored proposals and present the value proposition of our solutions. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships within accounts, especially at the C-level, to foster trust and identify key opportunities. • Partnerships & Negotiation: Align with third-party influencers in the Oracle ecosystem, negotiate pricing, and finalize contractual agreements. Your Expertise: • Oracle Applications Knowledge: Proven experience in selling Oracle Cloud Applications, specifically HCM, ERP, SCM, or similar cloud-based ERP solutions. • Industry Connections: Strong network in Oracle services, with a successful track record in sales and client acquisition. • Relationship Building: Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. • Interpersonal Skills: Team player with exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
