JOB DESCRIPTION We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our growing national leadership team based in Ontario who will be an evangelist for Sutton’s brand and vision, driving growth and value through supporting our existing franchise partners in Eastern and Atlantic Canada and developing new opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES • Partnership Growth: Develop and nurture relationships with existing franchise partners, supporting their business objectives and strategies to grow and innovate. • Collaborate with partners to create tailored business plans, ensuring profitability and alignment with Sutton’s brand vision. • Regional Development: Support franchise partners in recruiting top agents and teams, presenting Sutton as the professional, technology-driven choice. • Participate in local and regional industry, community and innovation events. • Franchise Expansion: Identify and meet with new potential franchise owners to expand Sutton’s footprint across Eastern and Atlantic Canada, including market research and mapping to identify new opportunities • Business Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership and executive team to support growth objectives and regional operational needs aligned with Sutton’s brand vision and mission. • Innovation Advocate: Act as a thought leader within the national Sutton network, articulating the future of real estate and Sutton’s role in the future, driving the conversation around innovation in real estate and supporting the implementation of new tools and technology. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align local initiatives with national strategies, ensuring consistency and synergy. QUALIFICATIONS • Proven track record in real estate, wealth management, or technology sectors at a senior level. • Diligence and Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate reports and outputs, ensuring precision and excellence in all tasks. • Experience in franchise operations, business development, or strategic partnerships. • Strong leadership, sales, and negotiation skills. • Ability to travel within Eastern Canada (Ontario, Manitoba and Atlantic Canada primarily) and occasionally Nationally. • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and transforming industries Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Dental care • Extended health care • Paid time off Flexible language requirement: • French not required Schedule: • Monday to Friday Education: • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: • management: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: Remote Application deadline: 2024-12-31
