Our growth team is rapidly expanding our footprint and we are hiring a new Account Director, Health & Beauty, to help fuel our amazing growth in the Health & Beauty vertical and contribute to our people-focused culture. In this role you will represent NaviStone as an individual contributor, expanding current relationships via new logos. This candidate will cultivate strategic partnerships with a focus on maintaining, growing, and retaining new business. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who is curious about data, is customer-focused, analytical, and motivated by problem-solving and learning. What You'll Do • You will articulate NaviStone’s value proposition, features and benefits to generate interest and close sales through personalized presentations and proposals. • You will establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with all accounts in your book of business. • You will develop strategies and manage the sales activity of partners to meet sales and revenue goals. • You will support vertical-specific marketing events and webinars. • You will act as the single point of contact and problem escalation owner for client support. • You will accurately forecast and track client revenue and growth on a weekly basis. • You will be responsible for maintaining, growing, and reactivating your book of business. • You will use real-time data to proactively provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations. • You will work closely with internal teams to execute marketing strategies. • You will travel to conferences, sales pitches, client meetings, and quarterly business reviews as required. What You Will Need to Succeed • You have 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership experience within the Health & Beauty vertical. • You have 3+ years of experience as a Client Partner, Customer Success Manager and/or Campaign Manager (experience in Direct Mail or Digital Retargeting a plus). • You have a proven track record of success in direct sales with achieving revenue and growth goals. • You have forecasting experience • You are an analytical and data-driven problem solver • You have experience with a CRM platform, such as HubSpot • You have strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel and PowerPoint • You have strong communication / interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers. • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills. • You are motivated by a collaborative work environment • You can travel up to 25% of the time to attend conferences and sales meetings.
