As part of our mission to revolutionize the E-commerce space, we’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Growth Director to lead our growth strategies and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our agency.
Role Overview:
As the Growth Director, you will be responsible for leading the agency’s efforts to acquire new business, enhance client relationships, and develop scalable strategies for growth. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has a passion for driving transformative growth in the E-commerce industry. You will also play a critical role in positioning the agency within the market, ensuring that our brand and marketing execution set the highest standard in the industry.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to identify, attract, and secure new business opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and partners in the E-commerce ecosystem.
• Design and execute scalable sales processes, including lead generation, client pitching, and deal closure.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue and growth targets through a mix of inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Oversee the creation of tailored proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery of services.
Marketing & Brand Growth:
• Define and execute a growth-focused marketing strategy that aligns with agency objectives.
• Lead the development of content and campaigns for digital platforms, including social media, email, and website channels.
• Build and promote the agency’s thought leadership through blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and events.
• Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
• Ensure all marketing efforts maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity.
• Be responsible for positioning the agency within the market, ensuring we maintain our reputation as a leader in TikTok marketing and E-commerce growth.
Partnership & Relationship Management:
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key tech vendors, platforms, and other agencies to drive lead generation and marketing opportunities.
• Foster and maximize the relationship with TikTok’s team, leveraging collaboration for innovation, insights, and co-marketing opportunities.
Strategic Leadership:
• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to position the agency competitively.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and inspire the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience and Skills:
• Proven track record in a senior sales, marketing, or growth role (5+ years preferred), ideally within the E-commerce or digital agency space.
• Deep understanding of E-commerce trends, platforms, and growth levers.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, marketing analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in E-commerce or digital marketing are a plus.
