Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Remote HR Executive to join an innovative e-commerce company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions remotely, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities
• * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• * Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
• * Implement and oversee employee engagement programs to enhance team morale and productivity.
• * Develop and execute training programs for employee development and skill enhancement.
• * Provide support for payroll processes, including attendance tracking and leave management.
• * Address employee grievances and ensure a smooth resolution process while maintaining confidentiality.
• * Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• * Conduct regular performance appraisals and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• * Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• * Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational behavior.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• * Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as HRIS or ATS platforms.
• * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
• * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• * Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing workplace challenges.
• Experience
• * 1-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a remote or e-commerce setting.
• * Freshers with relevant internships or HR certifications are encouraged to apply.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible working hours (40 hours per week), with overlapping time between 9 AM and 6 PM IST for team coordination.

• * Knowledge of recruitment practices and talent acquisition strategies.

• * Skilled in developing training materials and facilitating workshops.
• * Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and implement improvements.
