We are looking for an experienced Content Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our content strategy, development, optimization, and design efforts. Job Title: eCommerce Key Account Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Key Account Manager to oversee and grow our eCommerce presence. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with key online marketplaces and platforms, ensuring sales growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Account Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key eCommerce partners (e.g., Amazon, Noon and Quick Commerce platforms etc.). Negotiate terms, promotions, and partnerships to maximize sales and profitability. Ensure proper product listing, pricing, and inventory management across all platforms. Sales and Performance Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets. Monitor and analyze sales trends, market data, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Drive promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches. Inventory and Operations Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, warehouse, and customer service) to ensure seamless operations. Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations. Resolve operational issues, including order fulfillment, returns, and delivery concerns. Data and Analytics Analyze eCommerce metrics (e.g., conversion rates, availability, traffic, category wise sales performance) to optimize strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer trends, and campaign effectiveness. Identify actionable insights to improve profitability and market share. Marketing and Branding Ensure product visibility through effective SEO, PPC, and social media strategies. Ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistent across all platforms. Drive customer engagement through reviews, ratings, and other customer-focused initiatives. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure adherence to eCommerce platform policies and guidelines. Manage pricing policies to maintain profitability and competitiveness. Monitor and address counterfeit or unauthorized product listings. Qualifications: Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven 5+ experience in eCommerce account management, preferably in a similar industry Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital sales strategies. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in eCommerce tools, analytics platforms, and Excel. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies is a plus.
