Job Summary: Doc’s Brands is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Manager with a proven track record in the auto parts industry. This role focuses on managing and growing sales through major online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on manager with deep expertise in marketplace strategy, product optimization, advertising, and analytics. You will collaborate across teams to ensure our catalog is competitive, compliant, and delivers an exceptional customer experience, for both Doc's Diesel and Doc's Filters.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, aligning with overall e-commerce goals.
• Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities (domestic and international).
• Research platform requirements and launch new product categories or markets through Feedonomics or similar platforms.
• Monitor marketplace policies and adjust strategies for compliance.
• Ensure the company’s product assortment is competitive, well-represented, and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance search visibility.
• Maintain high-quality EBC and A+ Content for all listings.
• Ensure ACES & PIES data is properly displayed.
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns, with or without the support of outside agencies (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products, Walmart Connect).
• Analyze ad performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI.
• Coordinate promotions and discounts for events like Prime Day, Black Friday, and seasonal sales.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Identify trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior for strategy refinement.
• Provide regular performance reports and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Manage marketplace-specific fulfillment strategies, such as FBA or third-party logistics.
• Monitor and resolve issues like out-of-stock items, fulfillment delays, and product suppressions.
• Monitor for unauthorized sellers or counterfeit products and take appropriate action.
• Use tools like Amazon Brand Registry to protect intellectual property and enforce policies.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and complaints on marketplaces.
• Collaborate with customer service and marketing team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Proven success in growing sales and managing campaigns on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
• Experience in the auto parts industry is REQUIRED.
• Expertise in managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of marketplace SEO, advertising platforms, and keyword strategies.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Helium 10, Sellerboard
• Familiar with PIM’s and Feed platform like Feedonomics.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and projects simultaneously.
