Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and developing remote learning solutions, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas. Knowledge of multimedia production tools and techniques, including video editing software and graphic design tools. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
