Job Overview:
We are seeking for a Business Development Associate with 1-2 years of successful experience in the industry, to drive the growth of our e-Learning products for various compliance trainings, but with focus on Safety Compliance. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our e-Learning product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the e-Learning and OSH sectors.
• Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform product development and enhancement strategies.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing efforts.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their unique requirements and proposing tailored e-Learning solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our e-Learning products.
Negotiation and Closing:
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and finalize contracts to secure new business.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and facilitate smooth contract execution.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
• Work closely with product development teams to provide insights from the market and customer feedback to enhance product features and offerings.
• Be able to put together members of the Business Development team and set their goals and targets.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
• Conduct post-sales analysis to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years positive experience in the Business Development industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
• Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Understanding of OSH and e-Learning products and technologies is a plus
• Certificate as Safety Officer is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
