Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic Marketing Lead with a Director level of experience to oversee our comprehensive marketing efforts, including both paid and organic campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel at driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement by integrating data-driven paid strategies with impactful organic initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader who can effectively manage teams, optimize resources, and ensure consistent results across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development and Leadership
• Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that integrates paid and organic campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Lead the marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a results-oriented culture.
• Partner with leadership to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and target audiences.
Paid Campaign Management
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
• Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Stay ahead of trends in paid media, implementing strategies that leverage new tools and ad formats.
Organic Campaign Oversight
• Direct content marketing strategies, including blogs, social media, SEO, and email campaigns, to build brand authority and engage audiences.
• Optimize organic campaigns for performance metrics such as website traffic, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the firm's online reputation, including managing reviews and promoting thought leadership.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Establish KPIs and benchmarks for all marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent tracking and performance analysis.
• Present comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and strategic insights to stakeholders.
• Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
Team Collaboration and Vendor Management
• Manage internal teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development.
• Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and materials.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Director of Marketing
• Experience in handling clinics, law firms or multiple location brands is preferred.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that drove measurable results.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as LSA/Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO platforms, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong background in data analytics with a demonstrated ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset that can also manage EXECUTION
Highly Preferred:
• Familiarity with A/B testing, email marketing tools, and community management best practices.
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
• Passion for staying updated on emerging trends in digital marketing and content.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
