We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, someone who has perhaps dabbled in their own ventures and appreciates the ins and outs of growing a business from the ground up. You’ll have the chance to influence both existing and new brands, with opportunities for growth, and a potential profit share for the right entrepreneurial-minded candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Marketing Operations & Hands-On Implementation
• Execute, test, and refine landing pages, creatives, and other digital assets.
• Make direct edits to web pages and assets as needed, stepping in to reduce dependency on external resources for minor updates.
• Provide insights to improve marketing strategy, aligning all outputs with brand goals.
• Project & Workflow Management
• Monitor progress across Slack channels, troubleshoot and remove bottlenecks, and ensure task execution aligns with deadlines.
• Coordinate with contractors and freelancers, stepping in to complete tasks directly when timelines are tight.
• Keep an organised, updated project timeline, providing regular updates and ensuring the CEO remains focused on high-leverage tasks.
• Data Interpretation & Basic Analysis
• Track and report project performance metrics, identifying key insights for continuous improvement.
• Use analytical skills to provide actionable suggestions and insights for ongoing campaign optimization.
• Process Improvement
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance speed and quality of execution.
• Document and maintain clear workflows to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer within the team.

• CEO has increased focus on strategic media buying and analysis while operational and marketing tasks are efficiently executed.
• Marketing workflows are streamlined, maintaining high-quality execution across projects.
• Minor updates and direct implementations are completed quickly and efficiently, reducing dependency on external resources.
🤝 You’re Perfect If You Have/Are…
• Experience: 12+ months in a marketing, operations, or project management role, ideally in eCommerce or high-growth environments.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bonus points if you’ve started your own projects, big or small, and bring a self-starter mentality.
• Hands-On Execution: Willing and capable of making direct edits and adjustments without relying on external resources for minor changes.
• Marketing & Strategic Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital best practices.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to quality and deadlines.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication, adept at interpreting and implementing strategy.
• Technology: Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack), CMS tools, and basic analytics platforms.
⏰ Working Hours
You will be required to coordinate with the rest of the team for at least 3 hours per day in the AEST time zone. For the rest of the schedule you can login earlier or later depending on your preference.
