Your Role We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Supply Chain Manager, who will be at the heart of driving operational success. You will manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring products are always available, inventory moves seamlessly, and costs remain optimised. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, ever-evolving e-commerce environment. Tasks Your responsibilities will include: • End-to-end Supply Chain Management: Oversee demand planning, procurement, logistics, 3PL, FBA, returns, and compliance in our international supply chain to ensure uninterrupted supply while optimising costs. • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead demand and inventory planning across the international supply chain, collaborating closely with brand management and finance teams. • Inventory & Procurement Optimisation: Drive efficiency in inventory management and turnover without compromising availability, negotiating and working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA. • Quality & Compliance: Ensure supplier adherence to SLAs and quality control standards, while navigating international and online marketplace regulations to guarantee compliance across products, packaging, labelling and commercial documentation. • Cost & Performance Analysis: Continuously analyse and enhance supply chain processes to improve reliability, reduce turnaround times and increase margins. • Systems, Processes & Reporting: Manage and improve inventory management and database systems, KPI tracking, SOPs, and actionable reporting to ensure visibility, scalability and efficiency across departments. • Team Management & Building: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • New Business Integrations: Lead integrations of new products, acquired brands, and new brand partnerships into Flummox’s supply chain. • Supply Chain SWOT: Monitor industry trends and assess Flummox’s supply chain strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, developing strategies in collaboration with executives. Requirements To succeed in this role you: • have +5 years experience in international supply chain and procurement for Amazon FBA/e-commerce brands, with extraordinary results (multi-channel e-commerce is a big plus) • hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration, or a related field (master's is a plus) • are fluent in English and German (Chinese is a big plus) • are based in Europe • excel at data analysis, with advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills and can deliver actionable insights clearly • have expertise in Amazon’s ecosystem (FBA, MCF), 3PL systems, and other inventory management systems or ERP platforms • have strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in cross-cultural environments with internal and external stakeholders • have excellent project management skills and are highly organised with a proven ability to manage urgency and drive tasks to completion Benefits • a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture where innovation and ownership are celebrated • global exposure with opportunities to influence operations across Europe, USA, and Asia • a high-impact role where your decisions directly shape performance, growth and innovation • tight collaboration with a high-performing team and cutting-edge partners to create something extraordinary • work remotely from anywhere in Europe or enjoy the energy of our London office • competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based bonuses • 25 days paid annual leave • full-time contract as employee or contractor based on your preference • growth potential in an organisation backed by strategic investors and poised for exponential scaling Founded in 2022, Flummox is redefining how brands thrive in the digital marketplace.
