Position Overview: As a Business Development SUPERSTAR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base. You will leverage your strategic thinking, networking skills, and market knowledge to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop impactful strategies, and make a meaningful impact on our company's growth trajectory. Responsibilities (non-exhaustive): • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media. • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, presentations, and follow-up activities. • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations that address client needs and objectives. • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines to secure new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. • Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and strategies. • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform business development strategies and opportunities. Requirements (non-exhaustive): • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the Tech Sector.
