Role Overview: As the Growth Head, you will lead Cityfurnish's strategic growth initiatives, driving customer acquisition, retention, upselling, and referral networks across multiple channels. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to shape impactful strategies aligned with the company’s long-term vision, while working closely with the leadership team to ensure data-driven decisions and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the annual growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across marketing, retention, and growth-driving initiatives. • Data-Driven Optimization: Lead data analysis efforts to continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize marketing strategies across various channels. Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns for maximum performance, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI. • Cross-Channel Coordination: Build and execute integrated marketing strategies that align across multiple channels—digital, offline, and brand partnerships. Ensure all channels work in synergy to drive consistent growth and brand awareness. • Retention & Loyalty Projects: Design and implement strategies that improve customer lifetime value (CLTV). Focus on enhancing customer engagement, upselling opportunities, and building long-term brand loyalty. • AOV (Average Order Value) Optimization: Lead initiatives aimed at increasing AOV through pricing strategies, bundling, promotions, and customer segmentation. • Strategic Leadership: Work with the leadership team to create long-term, scalable growth strategies, focusing on both short-term wins and sustainable business growth. • Reporting & Insights: Create detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Industry Networking: Build and leverage strong connections within the furniture and appliance rental industry to stay ahead of market trends and identify new business opportunities. • Product and Service Innovation: Drive product innovation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric offerings that differentiate Cityfurnish in the market. • Software & Tools Expertise: Lead the use of advanced tools, CRM platforms, and marketing software like Google Analytics, Clevertap, Appsflyer, HubSpot, Salesforce to manage campaigns, track progress, and optimize performance. Experience in both app-based and web-based marketing is essential. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience & Education: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a growth, marketing, ideally in the e-commerce, SaaS, or furniture rental industry or brands. Experience managing large-scale budgets and leading cross-functional teams is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a must. An MBA is a plus. • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data analysis, KPIs, A/B testing, and performance marketing tools. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Clevertap, and Appsflyer is required. • Leadership & Industry Expertise: Proven experience in leading growth strategies and collaborating with senior teams to drive results, with a strong network in the furniture and appliance rental industry and the ability to think strategically, execute operationally, and adapt in dynamic environments.
