We’re looking for a talented DevOps (Azure) & Site Reliability Engineer (AWS) to join our team and take ownership of our DevOps, CI/CD, MLOps, Platform monitoring, reliability, performance & scalability.
You’ll collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to help manage a platform that delights our clients and their audiences.

• Competitive Salary Range: $30,000 - $80,000 annual based on geographic location and experience, with potential for equity participation
Your Key Responsibilities
We are a hard-working and conscientious team with a strong start-up culture; you must be a team player willing to take on work outside your job description to support the team, and share in our philosophy of creating an inclusive, engaging and forward-thinking workplace.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 5-8+ years of experience in Azure DevOps and AWS Cloud Engineering, with expertise of AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, reliability, capacity planning/scalability, and technical operations (TechOps).
• Deep experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud-based solutions, including ECS, Amplify, DocumentDB, Redis Elasticache, S3, StepFunctions, Lambda, EC2, ELB, RDS, and CloudFront, IAM, QuickSight, etc.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools in Azure DevOps, as well as Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Gitflow for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency in DevOps Automation (using Python, Bash, or PowerShell), SRE Operations, Security (SAST – SonarQube, DAST – OWASP ZAP), Monitoring (Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, New Relic), Technical Support, Database Management (MongoDB, NoSQL and SQL), Networking (VPC, Route 53), IAM, and Performance & Load Testing (Grafana k6 or JMeter), Profiling Tools (AWS X-ray), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM, Security Testing, Sysdig, Trivy).
• Experience in Terraform for infrastructure as code and automation, with a focus on modular and reusable configurations.
• A bonus if experienced in Full Stack Development, especially with Python, NodeJS, React, or in MLOps tools like SageMaker Pipelines, MLflow, or Kubeflow.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Amazon ECS or Kubernetes (EKS), with Helm for deployment management.
• Nice to have certifications, such as Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
• Experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments, with a passion for optimizing cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic, an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn mindset, and a proven ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail, with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
