Responsibilities
• Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives for sales growth
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Irish region
• Engage in territory planning and opportunity development
• Drive team performance across key KPIs
• Recruit, coach, and mentor team members
• Develop territories and quotas, communicating expectations
• Manage accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting
• Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly basis
• Conduct C-level meetings to understand customer needs
• Build effective relationships with various business units and partners
• Retain and grow the existing customer base through engagement
Qualifications
• Proven success in managing enterprise software sales teams
• Experience with the Irish market preferred
• Strong recruiting, coaching, and management skills
• Ability to champion top performers and enhance team talent
• Proven partner relationships and networks in Ireland
• Experience in pipeline generation through marketing and partners
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred but not required
