As a Founders-in-Residence (FIR) and Co-Founder at Kenergy, you’ll be at the helm of one of our ventures, working alongside a powerhouse team to create transformative solutions that redefine the startup landscape. What You’ll Do Lead the Venture from Zero to Scale • Take full ownership of the venture’s strategy, vision, and execution. • Develop and refine the product roadmap, aligning it with market needs and customer insights. • Build and nurture relationships with early customers, partners, and stakeholders. Drive Market Penetration and Brand Strategy • Work closely with Kenergy’s branding and marketing team to establish the venture’s identity in the market. • Create compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience, weaving storytelling into every aspect of the venture. • Identify and execute on go-to-market strategies, leveraging exclusivity and audience engagement to generate momentum. Solve Real Problems with Focused Execution • Deeply understand the pain points of startups and founders (leveraging Kenergy’s research) and ensure the venture addresses these challenges. • Test, iterate, and refine solutions, bringing the MVP to life with speed and precision. • Build scalable systems and frameworks to support long-term growth. Lead a Team • Inspire a team dedicated to the venture’s success. • Foster a culture of creativity, resilience, and adaptability, aligning with Kenergy’s ethos of innovation and boldness. Operate as a Strategic Partner to Kenergy • Collaborate with the broader Kenergy team to align the venture with our overarching mission of solving the biggest challenges startups face. • Represent the venture as its ambassador, building credibility and trust with external stakeholders.
