About the Team / Role As an E-commerce Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of our small business customer acquisition campaigns, focusing on developing impactful campaign concepts, compelling offers, and data-driven targeting insights. While the digital channel leads handle the media planning, optimization, and platform-specific strategies, this role will provide the essential direction and content that drives successful digital e-commerce acquisition. This role is focused on the "what" and "why" of campaigns, rather than the "how". To be successful in this role, this person needs to have their finger on the pulse of digital commerce trends, manage a high volume and fast-paced campaign environment, and have high executive-level stakeholder EQ.
