Under the general direction of the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of E-Commerce will be responsible for developing and executing the marketplace strategies and business plan across digital platforms and direct to consumer websites. This role will oversee e-commerce operations, performance marketing, customer acquisition and retention, analytics, and cross-functional partnerships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Define and own the company’s digital commerce strategy, goals, and roadmap.
• Identify and evaluate new e-commerce channels, tools, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Innovation, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to drive brand and revenue growth.
• Manage listings and sales strategy for Amazon, Chewy, and other online marketplaces.
• Collaborate with retail teams to support Omni channel consistency and promotions.
• Work with internal/external teams to lead paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
