## Responsibilities
📍Identify and source new APM providers and banks to support the company’s geographic and vertical expansion goals
📍Build and manage long-term relationships with APM partners and banks, ensuring ongoing alignment, satisfaction, and growth
📍Lead the contractual process for APM partnerships, including negotiation, review, and coordination with internal teams (Legal, Product, Compliance, Finance)
📍Act as the internal liaison for APM-related queries, ensuring internal teams are supported during integration, go-live, and scaling phases
📍Maintain detailed knowledge of partner performance, technical capabilities, and roadmap alignment
📍Monitor and manage partnership health, including regular check-ins, QBRs, and SLA reviews
📍Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to ensure APMs are properly integrated and localized
📍Work closely with Risk and Compliance to ensure APMs meet all regulatory, data protection, and KYC/AML requirements
