Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and data-savvy E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to grow our direct to consumer women’s apparel brand through digital campaigns that engage, convert, and retain customers. The ideal candidate has experience in fashion e-commerce, understands female consumer behavior, and thrives in a fast-paced, brand-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and affiliate platforms
• Manage budgets and bids to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad creatives tailored for different platforms and audience segments
2. Email & SMS Marketing
• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies using Klaviyo (or similar)
• Build flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback) and manage weekly campaign calendars
