Key Responsibilities

• Analyze website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, revenue) and implement strategies to optimize results.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Create engaging ad creatives to support marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce management and digital marketing, preferably in the European, UK, or USA markets.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Shopify (or similar platforms), Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools like Klaviyo.
• Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor performance.
• Creative Abilities: Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for basic creative tasks, with the ability to manage advanced creative projects.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge: Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website best practices.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
