As a Marketer, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Recruiting Director on a regular basis to market consultants on bench. A successful recruiter will proactively identify future hiring needs and attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
