IT Marketer / Recruiter - Remote UISAT, Pakistan We are looking for a Recruiter/Marketer with 0-3 years of IT marketing/recruiting experience. As a Marketer, you will collaborate with the Marketing and Recruiting Director on a regular basis to market consultants on bench. A successful recruiter will proactively identify future hiring needs and attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities Marketers: • Use company processes and procedures to effectively market consultants on bench. • Provide daily updates on submissions to the Marketing and Recruiting Director. • Update consultants on the status of their profile submissions and interviews. • Handle marketing for more than one consultant. • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy. • Develop and... update job descriptions and job specifications. • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges. • Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media. • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications. • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. • Onboard new employees to ensure full integration. • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team. • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. • Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work.” Job Type: Full-time Salary: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month • Paid time off • Work from home Schedule: • Evening shift • Monday to Friday • Night shift Supplemental pay types: • Commission pay • Yearly bonus Job Specification Skills • Fluent in English. • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • BS/MS in Human Resources Management is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
