As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a skilled GTM (Go-to-Market) Recruiter to join our team. You will play a key role in helping us thoughtfully but quickly scale our GTM team by sourcing, scouting, and building a strong pipeline of GTM talent. You’ll work closely with our Head of Growth to define job requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategies to meet our hiring goals quickly and efficiently.
We see this role as a permanent position in our team, although we are also open to this role being on a contract basis (6months+) to begin.
The role:
• Identify, build and manage a strong talent pipeline across our GTM team. Leverage market intelligence to stay informed on key trends, competitors, and talent movements within the GTM space
• Streamline and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a fast, efficient, and candidate-focused experience.
