This is a full-time, fully remote role for Philippine-based candidates who are passionate about solving tech problems and building real relationships with clients.
You'll provide responsive day-to-day support, manage Microsoft 365 environments, and help small businesses maintain stable, secure IT systems. If you’re a clear communicator, skilled technician, and people-first problem solver, this is the opportunity for you.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Deliver Level 1 and 2 support across desktop, software, printer, and network issues
• Provide remote technical assistance using tools like ConnectWise or similar
• Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft 365 environments including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
