Position Summary:
The Director of e-Commerce is responsible for overseeing site performance, conversion optimization, digital merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives. The role will also own and execute third-party marketplace strategy and operations. This position will lead a team of talented e-Commerce specialists to deliver on our e-Commerce strategy, drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-Commerce strategy aligned with Commercial goals, ensuring scalability and innovation to meet evolving customer needs.
