• Own the product vision, roadmap, and success of our Salesforce platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for Salesforce CRM.
• Prioritize platform enhancements based on business value, user feedback, compliance needs, and Salesforce product releases.
• Lead platform planning sessions, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and developers.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Ensure traceability of requirements through UAT and release.
• Serve as the platform point of contact for business teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
