As Scout’s Real Estate Manager, you will oversee land acquisition campaigns on greenfield solar, wind & BESS projects within Scout’s East Region portfolio. You will be a player-coach for Scout’s internal real estate team reporting directly to the Senior Director of Land Acquisition. You will work closely with external Land Agents, Project Managers, Real Estate, and Development Legal teams to secure a land pipeline sufficient to keep pace with Scout’s ambitious MW goals in wind, solar and storage projects. Coordinating with the Development and Real Estate leadership, you will ensure commercial leasing terms are reasonable and in-market. You will help to supervise all land acquisition activities, including interactions with in-house counsel and contractors representing Scout.
