The Quality Assurance Manager is a cross-functional professional responsible for supporting the Compliance Department, including its Reconciliation subdepartment, in the execution of internal quality assurance functions. This role includes oversight of aggregate spend reporting, speaker bureau program reconciliations (i.e., program closes), internal audits, external client data audits and requests, and ensuring alignment with client, state, and federal guidelines (e.g., Open Payments Sunshine Act, PhRMA Code). This role also serves as a key point of contact for mathematical calculations regarding receipt breakouts, which include understanding attrition, tip on tax/tax on tip, and other related allocations.
