About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO and his family with personal and administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency in daily life. Although this is a remote position, the work schedule aligns with Pacific Time (PST), requiring availability during the week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. This role requires a proactive approach to managing personal requests, scheduling, anticipating outcomes and organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the CEO’s personal calendar, scheduling appointments, errands, and commitments.
• Order meals, coordinate deliveries, manage apartment maintenance tasks and handle other personal requests promptly and accurately.
• Keep the CEO’s personal and professional life organized by creating systems, reminders, and prioritizing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, service providers, and other contacts on behalf of the CEO.
