The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst will be responsible for managing Penumbra’s EDI system and transactions. It is a critical position to ensure the success of EDI usage and will be the primary point of contact between Penumbra and customers to resolve EDI issues. Open to hiring remotely within the US. Please note that remote candidates will be expected to work in line with the Pacific time zone and travel to headquarters on a quarterly basis. What You’ll Work On • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI issues and errors in a timely and efficient manner • Act as liaison between our Customer and Field Support Operations (CFSO) team and our IT, Logistics, Finance and Sales teams to resolve EDI issues • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to increase EDI volume, capabilities, and performance • Work directly with customers to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and issue resolution • Provide technical support and guidance to internal users and trading partn ...
