As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key eCommerce customers in North America to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and coordinating internal resources to meet their requirements. Your strategic approach to account management will help strengthen our position as a preferred partner in the packaging industry.This position will report into the Romeoville, IL HQ offices but home-based office location may be possible within the US provided candidate has reasonable access to a regional/major airport.
