We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Training and Enablement Partner to join our Global Training and Enablement Team with a focus on Professional Development. The Lead Partner has a critical responsibility to build and deliver scalable and programmatic learning and development to team members across our organization. As Level Access continues to evolve, the learning needs of our team members does as well. This person will support the continued education of all Level Access employees by creating and delivering tailored content, e-learning, and live training. This role will work closely with the Training and Enablement team to support major cross-functional initiatives and provide support as needed within our five main pillars: professional development, product, tools/processes, onboarding, and technical accessibility.
