POSITION SUMMARY
To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by managing the Clinical Supervisor team. Additional functions include participation in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the Home Care department. Interview and selection of personnel, scheduling and assignment of personnel, input into employee performance appraisals, quality improvement, and meeting financial targets. Serving as clinical and professional role model to staff and contributing to their professional growth and development as well as fostering connection with customers both internal and external.

• Promotes associate accountability and competency through leadership and management practice. Encourages associate growth and development through mentorship and goal setting.
